The Auchterarder & District Community Trust was established in 2008 by the Auchterarder Community Council to distribute monies received by the Auchterarder Community as a whole to charitable groups and organisations which provide a benefit to people living in the Auchterarder & District Area (Auchterarder, Aberuthven, Glendevon).

This enables the Trustees to donate to a wide range of charitable objects and activities which take place in, or have a direct impact on, the inhabitants of Auchterarder & District.

To achieve an effective distribution of funds, the Trustees establish policies and priorities for funding, which are reviewed regularly.

The Trustees have absolute discretion in the choice of recipient.
